- Lead competitive analysis and inform creative strategy for projects with insight on business, customer, brand and client.
- Proactively brings recommendations and ideas to clients based on business knowledge.
- Develops strong relationships with day-to-day clients and keeps client up to date on latest category, digital and marketing trends.
- Keep team members informed about account / project status, owns status documentation and supports internal meetings.
- Manage relationships with partners / vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Proactively learns basic client management techniques (how to document client feedback, how to recognize when to push back, etc.).
